127 - Robert MorlotRobert is the Managing Partner of Clearwater Business Advisers LLC located in Tampa FL. The firm helps senior leaders of early stage and mid-market companies build (or recover) operating performance by providing deep expertise in finance, corporate governance, sales, organization effectiveness and talent management. Robert has held senior positions with a number of well-known consulting firms over the years, including Cambria Consulting, Andersen ConsultingDeloitte &Touche, and Development Dimensions International. His earlier corporate experience includes various marketing positions with Group W Broadcasting/The Disney Channel (a Westinghouse joint venture) and Emery Worldwide (a CF company).

Robert has a long track record of effectively executing strategy that includes understanding   the details of how businesses get products developed, made, sold, and distributed.

Robert received his Bachelors and Master degrees from Southern Connecticut State University in the field of education. He has completed numerous training and certification programs in the areas of large account relationship management, advanced organization change, job analysis, competency assessment, competency modeling and employee selection.

Robert maintains his interest in education through fund raising activities connected with several New England independent schools and previously as a Parent Advocate for the Center for Talented Youth Program, Johns Hopkins University. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Father Flannigan’s Boys Town of New York.
