Candidate Development and Evaluation

  • Assess preliminary fit and interest via in-depth telephone screen.
  • Produce high caliber slate of candidates via comprehensive face-to-face meetings with qualified and interested individuals.
  • Submit in-depth profiles and evaluations on recommended candidates.
  • Communicate search progress via status reports and client conference calls.

Candidate Closure & References

  • Conduct in-depth confidential references on finalist(s).
  • Serve as intermediaries in final offer negotiations.

After The Search

  • Maintain contact with client and newly hired executive to ensure smooth transition.
