- Perform primary and secondary research into all targeted companies to identify prospective candidates.
- Access our proprietary database and network of industry contacts to identify slate of well-qualified candidates quickly.
Candidate Development and Evaluation
- Assess preliminary fit and interest via in-depth telephone screen.
- Produce high caliber slate of candidates via comprehensive face-to-face meetings with qualified and interested individuals.
- Submit in-depth profiles and evaluations on recommended candidates.
- Communicate search progress via status reports and client conference calls.
Candidate Closure & References
- Conduct in-depth confidential references on finalist(s).
- Serve as intermediaries in final offer negotiations.
After The Search
- Maintain contact with client and newly hired executive to ensure smooth transition.
