Scott Ventrella

Scott W. Ventrella has contributed to executive level career development for over 25 years, focusing on change management realities and values-based solutions.  He has served as Managing Director and corporate officer with consulting and professional services groups including Juran Institute, the Peale Center. Mercer Delta and SAI-Global.His private practice work includes executive coaching, change management, leadership development and executive team building.  Scott is currently serving as Adjunct Professor, Leadership Change, at Fairfield University in Connecticut and Fordham University Graduate School of Business in NYC.

 

He is a presenter, keynote speaker and guest lecturer at professional associations, Columbia, Dartmouth, Harvard and New York Universities.

His coaching and presentations have inspired executives by positioning individual career direction using “The Power of Integrity in Business”, “How to Achieve Smart Goals” and “Leadership in Times of Crisis”.

Scott is a published author and contributor on ABC and Fox television as well as CNN financial.  Among his books and numerous articles, that have been translated into over 20 languages worldwide, are “The Power of Positive Thinking in Business” (Simon and Schuster: 2001) “Me Inc.-How to Master the Business of Living” (John Wiley & Sons, 2010) and “HONESTLY! How to Work (and Succeed) with Integrity”.

Scott, who is a member of the Connecticut Press Club and serves on the Boards of the YMCA and Green Chimney’s Children Services, also is an advisory member of Bioethics International in NYC.  He earned his MS in Psychology and the BBA in Marketing from Western Connecticut University
