Eric E. – President – Length of Search – 3 Months

Eric has accepted a new role! Eric began with us in July and was seeking a CEO-level role. Even while we worked through his Worksheets and documents he was busy with his networking activities.

He was considering two opportunities and has opted now to accept a position with a XXXX that he had previous dealings with.   He had worked with this particular firm to write the software that propels a major national website.  XXXX is a global company; however, he will be working near his home in one of their branch offices, for sake of his negotiated package.

He has been told that he is under consideration for the CEO position. Eric had very positive things to say about our services.

Eric also informed me that he will be back in touch with SC&C to chat with us about both his new company’s outplacement and recruiting needs. He is also interested in developing an integrated brand for his entire company and wants to discuss SC&C developing the LinkedIn profiles for employees. Thanks, everyone.
