Michelle Settle, Senior Vice President of Operations
Michelle Settle has over 20 years of experience in corporate expansion, management development and training, and executive administration. She has initiated the creation and development of various innovative training solutions for multiple nationwide corporations. Michelle’s high success record of problem solving, conflict resolution and team building in a variety of fields adds a new dimension to the corporate structure at Stewart, Cooper & Coon.
Ms. Settle is an integral part of Stewart, Cooper & Coon. She has been with the firm since its inception, directing all corporate administration and executive client support services as well as logistics for the company nationwide. Her success in organizational development, leadership development, corporate planning and client relations management have proven to be a great asset to clients at Stewart, Cooper & Coon.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education.
Kristine Barney, Senior Vice President Client Evaluation
Kristine Barney has over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Human Resources Management. She began her career after she graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science. Prior to joining the Stewart, Cooper and Coon team, Kristine worked several years for First American Title, one of the largest and oldest land title companies in California. She held a senior position in the Human Resources department and was responsible for not only staff liaisons but Client Services as well. Kristine is currently enrolled in a Master’s Education program. Kristine is a senior member of the SC&C executive team.
Michael Weishaar, Managing Director, Operations & Support
Michael Weishaar has over 10 years of experience building long-lasting customer relationships, working with multiple vendors and all levels of management. As a self-motivated individual, Michael utilizes his organizational skills to continue to streamline and improve processes and manage multiple projects. His unique ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines has been an invaluable asset to Stewart, Cooper & Coon.
Michael’s previous background includes over 15 years in the restaurant industry. As a Sous Chef in various high-end restaurants, his ability to manage these organizations was stellar and foundational work for his ability to manage multiple levels of service within the SC&C system.
Karen Stafford, Finance Manager
Karen Stafford has over 14 years of experience in Finance and Accounting and 16 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Quality Assurance, and Call Center Management. Prior to joining the SC&C team, Karen worked for 14 years in Finance and Accounting for an Arizona based internet marketing agency. She has worked in management for Allstate, Merck, AON, and Sears. Karen has a BAS in Operations
Management and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, as well as her Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
Brooke Mogensen completed her education in Tucson, Arizona. She has an extensive background in property management with specific experience in overseeing multi-million dollar properties for SPM, TMA, and L’Auberge. She also has a recruiting and placement background, having been a recruiter for DORADO Personnel.
Mary’s professional experience includes over 20 years of experience in the health arena. Her level of dedication to helping others is unmatched. She has cultivated strong customer relationships over the years and a high success record of problem solving. Her stellar organizational skills and attention to detail are top-notch.
Mary is an articulate communicator, highly-skilled and self-motivated team member. She always strives to achieve maximum performance in everything she does. Her demonstrable success as a team player and dynamic achievements in time management and managing diverse and comprehensive projects have proven to be a great asset to Stewart, Cooper & Coon.
