Client Support Services & Administration

Behind the scenes, each client is personally and fully supported by a team of experts. These are the behind the scenes people that keep the machine running. They work diligently to ensure that each executive in search is provided the information and services they require. Whether it is working or training on how to use the vast research databases we make available to each client or keeping the process on schedule, they are there and willing to help.

Our administrative staff makes sure that all support systems are focused on assisting the client. Help from this staff is only an e-mail or telephone call away. Our excellent technical staff makes sure our system is continuous and without downtime so that you have access to your resources 24/7.

Michelle Settle, Senior Vice President of Operations

Michelle SettleMichelle Settle has over 20 years of experience in corporate expansion, management development and training, and executive administration. She has initiated the creation and development of various innovative training solutions for multiple nationwide corporations. Michelle’s high success record of problem solving, conflict resolution and team building in a variety of fields adds a new dimension to the corporate structure at Stewart, Cooper & Coon.

Ms. Settle is an integral part of Stewart, Cooper & Coon. She has been with the firm since its inception, directing all corporate administration and executive client support services as well as logistics for the company nationwide. Her success in organizational development, leadership development, corporate planning and client relations management have proven to be a great asset to clients at Stewart, Cooper & Coon.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Education.

Kristine Barney, Senior Vice President Client Evaluation

Kristine BarneyKristine Barney has over 20 years of experience in Customer Service and Human Resources Management. She began her career after she graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science. Prior to joining the Stewart, Cooper and Coon team, Kristine worked several years for First American Title, one of the largest and oldest land title companies in California. She held a senior position in the Human Resources department and was responsible for not only staff liaisons but Client Services as well. Kristine is currently enrolled in a Master’s Education program.  Kristine is a senior member of the SC&C executive team.

Michael Weishaar, Managing Director, Operations & Support

Michael Weishaar has over 10 years of experience building long-lasting customer relationships, working with multiple vendors and all levels of management. As a self-motivated individual, Michael utilizes his organizational skills to continue to streamline and improve processes and manage multiple projects. His unique ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines has been an invaluable asset to Stewart, Cooper & Coon.

Michael’s previous background includes over 15 years in the restaurant industry. As a Sous Chef in various high-end restaurants, his ability to manage these organizations was stellar and foundational work for his ability to manage multiple levels of service within the SC&C system.

Sara Crum, Finance Manager

scrumSara Crum has extensive experience in financial transaction management and analysis, client services, project and process management, and corporate communication. Prior to working for Stewart, Cooper, & Coon, she was an Operations Manager for both a firm that sold structured cash flows, as well as a sustainability consulting firm. She also worked as a financial analyst for a real estate partnership developing military housing privatization projects, as well as a financial reporter for a Dow Jones newswire. She earned an M.B.A. from George Mason University with an emphasis in Finance and Management, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Santa Clara University.

Brooke Mogensen

Brooke Mogensen completed her education in Tucson, Arizona. She has an extensive background in property management with specific experience in overseeing multi-million dollar properties for SPM, TMA, and L’Auberge. She also has a recruiting and placement background, having been a recruiter for DORADO Personnel.

Linda DeHarak

Linda comes from a diverse management background and has spent the last five years putting those skills to work in the recruiting and job search industry as a Placement Specialist and Recruitment Administrator.

Linda’s people skills and organizational prowess have allowed her to excel in her work in business administration, consultant affairs, and immigration administration.

Her prior accomplishments and expertise are in the areas of: sales; retail and service industry management; recreation and athletics; technology; and operations management. She served as Operations Manager for an IC programming house, Ranch Manager/Foreman, Maintenance Manager, and Store/Department Manager.
