Lisa Oberg, Director, Candidate Marketing
Lisa’s professional experience includes management in the occupational health arena and telecommunications. She is an experienced executive recruiter. While working in the telecommunications field, Lisa recruited technical personnel for renowned companies such as Bell Atlantic, Sprint, AT&T, Fujitsu, and Alcatel. She also managed, trained, and developed a team of recruiters and sold non-technical professional recruiting services to Fortune 100, 500, 1000 clients including Merrill Lynch, Williams Communication, HealthAnswers and Sprint.
Through numerous business opportunities, Lisa has cultivated strong customer relationship management and business negotiation skills. She held Account Management positions with both Option One and Aerotek Telecommunications, wherein she contributed to the profitable growth of each company by implementing quality techniques to further satisfy existing clients and attract additional business. She has achieved high sales rankings, received recognition for sales contributions, and consistently reached sales quotas and goals.
Lisa is thorough, dedicated and eager to succeed, consistently maintaining a positive vision. She has a history of putting her skills to work for worthy causes, assisting in planning, coordinating and managing major annual fund-raising events for various charitable organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Philadelphia University.
Carrie began her career five years ago working as a recruiter/recruiting manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Her responsibilities included establishing and maintaining client relationships, directing and training of recruiting staff while working a full desk. She has a solid background in customer relations and staff recruiting. Carrie maintains a strong work ethic while working with candidates and is determined to produce results.
Erin Crowley – Executive Agent
Erin has worked for SC&C for a number of years and applies her experience a senior manager and business owner in both the medial and investigative fields. She now occupies the role of Executive Agent for SC&C and brings tremendous experience to her clients in this role. After learning how to find people and get in front of people as a private investigator, she went on establish her own successful “asset/ locate” private investigation firm, working thousands of cases, with insurance companies such as State Farm, Liberty Mutual and Nationwide. As personal obligations changed, so did her career. She moved into the medical field where she was quickly promoted to Senior Manager for a national health company, where she managed, recruited and trained a large team of sales representatives.
Her tenacity, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects brings regular success in her position with Stewart Cooper and Coon as an Executive Agent. It is this background that uniquely qualifies her for the important task of placing executives and achieving results that Stewart Cooper and Coon is known for.
Pam has hired, trained and motivated dozens of specialized sales and marketing personnel and has managed over 100 representatives simultaneously. In addition to working for Fortune 100 companies such as Becton Dickinson, Sharp, and Dow Chemical, she has also been a recruiter with experience in finding the best talent for each search assignment. Pam is now applying her talents to placing our senior executives at Stewart Cooper & Coon. Pam enjoys speaking with people and communicating with her clients; she is as excited as the client when client is placed.
After working on her Bachelors of Science at the University of Houston, Sherri worked as a Litigation Consultant for an Expert Witness. While providing litigation support for trial cases nationwide she had the opportunity to attend many Trial Lawyer Conferences where as an exhibitor she represented and marketed the services of the company that she worked for. As a consultant she evaluated cases for any conflicts of interest throughout the pre-trial investigation, discovery and analysis. Because of her attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, Sherri acts as a powerful advocate for her candidates and is dedicated to helping each candidate achieve their career goals. Sherri has a natural ability to understand and effectively communicate a candidate’s skills and professional aspirations.
Amanda’s professional experience includes human resources management, recruiting and recruiting management. She has recruited and effectively managed hundreds of people across the country. She also has a strong background in implementing and directing training curriculum for new recruits. Amanda’s positive work ethic and dedication has allowed her to develop professional relationships with many of the Fortune 500-1000 companies that we are in contact with on a daily basis.
Shanti has a strong background in human resources management. Her professional experience includes recruitment management, training, and working with individuals to effectively interview, screen, and hire qualified applicants while working from home. A highly motivated go-getter, Shanti is dedicated to “getting the job done.” Her organizational skills, attention to detail and superior people skills make her one of the top managers and recruiters in the telecommunication industry. Her motto is “Great leaders are determined by the people under their direction. The more successful I can make you become, the more successful I am as a manager.”
Prior to joining Stewart Cooper & Coon Tessa worked for Cort Furniture Rental, a Berkshire Hathaway company, as an Account Executive. She managed client accounts and also managed new business development for the real estate sector.
Tessa assisted established corporate relocation plans for their employees. She worked with The Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, and Flyers organizations to assist their players with their real estate needs. She was promoted to from residential to commercial and worked with companies of all sizes including startups, Fortune 500 companies and Government agencies and managed office furniture planning and contracting. She applies her strong sales background to building networks and relationships with companies across the United States, in her client marketing role at SC&C.
